Baby Ballard

On Monday, Blake and I were able to go in and find out that we're going to have a little girl come June. Needless to say, we are quite excited :)

Oh and because things are kind of hard to see...the above photo is our little girl's profile and her fist is to the side. Isn't she cute?!?

Our Baby is Getting Big!

Every night when KC comes home with Blake from the farm she's pretty exhausted and after grabbing some food and water, she goes to sleep in Blake's laundry basket. Even though her dog carrier is in the backroom with her, KC prefers to be out in the open. She just keeps growing and I think it's time to invest in a larger laundry basket!

Rock Springs

This weekend, we were able to drive up and watch Kelsey play a couple of basketball games. It was great to see Kels again and hang out with the folks.

O Herbert the Tree

Here is a picture of our Christmas tree for 2009. Blake named him Herbert and I think that he is the biggest tree we've had so far. Herbert served us well and we had to get our usual photos before it was time to un-decorate him.

This year, my parents gave us Aggie ornaments to celebrate graduation and to add to our random collection. I'm not really into fancy trees, and like to be able to look at the different ornaments and think, "Oh, we got that our first year together," or "so and so gave that to us as a gift," or "remember how we searched all over Maui for that one?"

I love these!

G'Day

This Christmas our family was able to enjoy it with a special visitor. One of Kelsey's basketball teammates is from Newcastle, Australia and couldn't make it home for the holidays so we were the lucky family she chose to spend it with. Susi was so much fun to have around and besides her cute accent, fit right in to the family. Thanks for putting up with our weird traditions Susi and we hope that you can come back again next year!

These pictures were borrowed from Kelsey, thanks!

Each Christmas, Susi's family usually goes to the beach so this was her first white Christmas. This picture was taken right before the girls had to head back to school to start up basketball practice. We were sad to see them go
